SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Amporea! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING TIMES
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 8–16 business days
Canada: 8–16 business days
Australia: 10–18 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays outside of our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable shipping upgrades or express options will be displayed at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Amporea ships worldwide and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@amporea.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier on your behalf. Amporea is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Amporea is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@amporea.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
