FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What does LED light therapy actually do?
Specific wavelengths of light reach different depths of the skin. With consistent use, LED therapy is used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and support a smoother, more radiant-looking complexion. It's the same category of technology used in professional med-spa treatments — made wearable.
Is it FDA-cleared?
Yes. The Amporea Luminous Renewal Mask's underlying device holds FDA 510(k) clearance K254007 — you can verify it yourself in the FDA's public 510(k) database. It is also EMC tested and RoHS compliant.
How do I use it?
Ten minutes a session, three to five sessions a week, on clean, dry skin. Slip it on while you read, stretch, or wind down — no appointments, no downtime.
When will I see results?
Light therapy rewards consistency. Most people evaluate their results after 6–8 weeks of regular use — which is exactly why our guarantee runs 60 days. Use it at least three times a week for eight weeks; if you don't see visible improvement, we refund you in full.
Does it hurt?
No. LED light therapy is non-invasive and heat-free — you'll feel nothing more than the soft weight of the mask. There's no recovery time; it fits into an evening, not around one.
What are the light modes?
The mask offers seven color modes — red, blue, green, yellow, purple, cyan, and orange — plus a dedicated near-infrared (850nm) setting. Red and near-infrared are the two most studied wavelength ranges for the appearance of skin aging; the rest let you tailor each session to your skin.
What's in the box?
The LED mask, a dedicated eye mask, a wired controller with physical buttons, a USB charging cable, a travel pouch, and the manual. No app, no Bluetooth pairing — it simply works.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge takes about three hours over USB and comfortably covers multiple sessions.
How fast is shipping?
US shipping is free. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and arrive 6–12 business days after that — 8–15 days door to door.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us with a photo and we'll replace it — no returns dance, no arguing.
Black or White — is there a difference?
Only the colorway. Same device, same light modes, same clearance.
